I just closed on my house a couple of weeks ago, with Jeff as the selling agent. Jeff knew the market price, and we listed it as coming soon on a Monday and had multiple offers by Saturday. All offers were over the listing price, and we chose the full cash offer. Everything went so smoothly throughout the whole process. Jeff kept me informed every step of the way.
